Ethical Coffee Sourcing
We work directly with sustainable, shade-grown coffee estates in the Western Ghats of Karnataka. Every bean is harvested at peak ripeness and roasted in small batches to preserve its distinct terroir.
Artisanal Bakery & Kitchen
We reject industrial pre-mixes. Our sourdough breads, paninis, and Italian sauces are prepared fresh daily using genuine extra virgin olive oil, whole milk mozzarella, and locally sourced vegetables.
